What can be more relaxed than a Victorian London pub wedding? Pubs have a unique, nostalgic charm to them, and they work surprisingly well as wedding venues!
Having to put together a wedding during the pandemic, Natalie and Max got super creative with their wedding planning. They made it as special and personal to them as possible, all while following Covid restrictions. At the end, they decided to go with an intimate London pub wedding with 28 guests, and I will never forget what a beautiful day it was. They were the cutest couple, had the best bridesmaids, and the most welcoming family... I couldn't have had a better time.
After the ceremony, we went outside with Natalie’s bridesmaids to take some portraits in the middle of the roundabout. This ended up being one of the most fun memories from the day. Almost all of the cars that went past were honking at us, rolling down their windows, and shouting 'congratulations'!
If you’re looking to tie the knot in a more intimate, relaxed setting, London pub weddings are definitely something to consider. It is a great option especially for laidback couples, and it is totally possible to find the perfect wedding venue that complements your wedding style because there’s so many options – from modern pub restaurants to charming, historic pubs.
